TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE:

• SESSIONS - 

  • FREE - ​15 minute telephone consultation - except for Spiritual Readings

  • Each session lasts up to 60 minutes - priced as a single session or a block of single sessions with the exception of:

    • Reiki Healing - session lasts approximately 30 minutes​​

    • Hypnotherapy - smoking cessation session lasts between 60-90 minutes - includes a free follow up session if required; within 2 week

  • Buffer Time - when a session runs over - up to a max of 15 minutes - time beyond the buffer will incur charges payable at the time - see price list

  • Blocked sessions :

    • can be taken as you require, ideally once a week,  maximum of 2 separate sessions a week

    • should a session end up being more than 60 minutes you can either pay for the additional time, as per above price list OR you may take the time off the remaining sessions outstanding

  • Soul Readings - unlike spiritual readings these can be as and when you require them. PLEASE SEE DISCLAIMER BELOW

  • Spiritual Readings - it's personal as to how often you require them, I recommend annually. PLEASE SEE DISCLAIMER BELOW

    • Online Readings by Email - Upon receipt of payment, readings are normally carried out within 72 hours and sent to the email address provided.  At times, there may be delays as I work alone and my readings are individual and not computer generated. You will be advised if the wait will be longer for your reading, but I will always do my best to get your reading to you as quickly as possible.  

  • ​Late Arrival - will be counted as part of your session

• PAYMENTS - via paypal and in person

  • FACE TO FACE SERVICES require a deposit payment to secure an appointment, see paypal

    • Deposit payment for blocked sessions is 50% of the total price with no refunds once sessions start, remaining balance to be paid on the 3rd session or therapy is ended at that point

  • ​​​Online Spiritual Readings are paid in full in advance​ via paypal only

  • Counselling prices refer to both psychotherapy counselling and spiritual counselling

• CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS - 

  • 48 hours cancellation notice required for deposit refunds - with the exception of - 

    • ​online readings - due to 72 hour turn around time if you do not cancel within 48 hours NO REFUND is available

    • Alternative appointment day/time - 48 hours notice required.  You may change appointment time once but if you cancel a second time NO REFUND is available and full charges may apply

  • Blocked sessions -  once sessions have commenced NO DEPOSIT REFUNDS are available due to the discounted price​​​​​​
